From providing one-on-one support to guiding families through complex resources, our mission is simple: help individuals from all walks of life thrive in their home, workplace, and beyond.
Here’s how we support:
Family Support: We work closely with families to help them navigate the systems and resources that can be hard to access.
Life Skills Development: From cooking and budgeting to social skills, we help individuals build confidence and independence.
Vocational Training: Empowering adults to develop job skills that open doors to employment opportunities.
Community Integration: We believe in fostering connections. Our goal is to integrate individuals into their local communities, ensuring they are engaged and supported.

Our Programs

Coordinated Family Services
We will provide in-home support to foster independence with adults 18 and over who choose to live in their family home and are served by a Regional Center. Our team will help facilitate the process of ensuring every individual we work with has the resources and support needed to remain in the family home. We get to know our clients goals and then we go to work coordinating, training and facilitating all the steps to get them where they want to be and where they need to be.

Day Program & Tailored Day
Looking for community integration? Well, you'll find it here. We provide both 1 on 1 support in our Tailored Day Program and group support (3:1 ratio) in our Adult Day Program. We start at 8AM and end at 2PM. We also coordinate transportation for pick up and drop off.
We foster independence, we help secure employment and we take advantage of all the social and recreational activities in San Diego County.

Independent Living Services
Independently Living is vital. We help clients who live on their own maximize and maintain their independence. We are well versed in community resources and we have been known to work miracles when it's time to find housing in an expensive place like San Diego where finding a place to live with minimal financial resources can be discouraging. We work with individuals with varied backgrounds, interest and levels of independence. Reach out to us, to find out if you're a good fit.
